Breastfeeding issues please advise

Had my son six months ago.

I had a baby boy about six months ago.  I have been breastfeeding Ray but lately my boobs have started to hurt.   They are hard but not lumpy.  My boos are just really hard until I feed my son but after a while they start to hurt again.  This is my first child. So I am not sure if this is normal.  Please advise
