Swine flu and pregnancy

I am two months pregnant, and currently very healthy.  However now that I am pregnant I am worried about all the talk of the swine flu.   I know that even the regular flu is bad and hanging on for a longer time period.

Can I get a swine flu shot while I am pregnant?  If not what can I do to avoid getting the flu and or swine flu?  Suggestion would be great.
