At what age should you start to floss?

So my son is going on three.  I have started letting him brush is teeth himself with a little supervision. He is doing really well and we are really glad that so far he has perfect teeth and not cavities.  However, I am not sure what age should a child start flossing.  I think that would be a little hard for him right now.   I floss his teeth when I think about it but should I start teaching him now?
