My baby has a little balck spot on her tooth
My daughter is four and I just notice today that it looks like she has a little black spot on her tooth going toward the back on the bottom. I tried brushing it off thinking something was just suck to her tooth but it did not come off. It does not seem to bother her but I am worried now that the spot may be a cavity. It is just a spot though and not a hole. Can it be a cavity or a start of a cavity?

Well it does not sound good. I would just take her to see a dentist about it. If it nothing great. However, if it is a start of a cavity your dentist would be able to do a filling before it turns into a larger problem.
