Grace as a point but the fact is when you are pregnant you are going to gain some weight. Whether it is from over eating or not weight gain and pregnancy for most people go hand in hand.

Just be careful not to over eat and to stay a healthy weight for you and your baby. Do not worry so much over how your body is changing while you are pregnant. Once you have your baby after healing time you can get back into the shape you want.

Well you know you are gaining baby weight. Do not stress out about it. Weight is only a real issue with pregnancy when you use pregnancy to over eat and to eat junk food you would not normally eat. This does not seem like you so once you have the baby most of the weight will be gone. Then you may only be dealing with a few pounds and a little stretched out tummy.

Which goes back to normal with a little light daily workout. People that say how baby weight is so hard to lose is because they gain excessive weight from over eating in the first place.

A friend of mine gained 70 pounds when she was pregnant. She would keep saying how she was eating for two. That was just a big cop out to over eating. Believe me I do not think that anyone is going to have a 60 pound baby.

By the way it did take her a year to lose all that weight after having her 5.5 pound baby boy. =P

Just stay healthy and have a wonderful baby
