Baby Diaper Rash
My four month old son has a case of diaper rash. It is a mild case of diaper rash but I do not understand why he should get diaper rash. I am very good about changing out any soiled diapers. I never let him stay in wet or dirty diapers. I know I am cleaning him up well too. Could it be the baby wipes that I am using? I also use baby power so why should he get any diaper rash? Also what can I do the clear up the diaper rash he currently as faster?

Try changing the brand of diaper wipes and see if that helps. Sometime babies just get diaper rash even though you change their diapers regularly.
Talk to your baby’s doctor if the diaper rash does not go away see if our doctor can give you anything for it.
