Ways to clean and reduce cavities. Studies have suggested that dental hygiene remains at the bottom of the health care duties compared to taking a bath or washing your hair.

How often should you brush my teeth? Brush your teeth with a fluoride toothpaste at least twice a day for 2-3 minutes, especially before bedtime.

How to reduce gum disease and tooth decay? Flossing your teeth helps remove plaque in between your teeth where a toothbrush cannot reach.
