Baby teeth care, How do you floss a two year old teeth.

My dentist told me that I do need to start flossing my son teeth now.  He does not have any cavities which is good but he says it is time to make sure I am flossing.  How do I do that?  He does not sit still when I am brushing his teeth but I get though it.  I not sure how to make him stay still for flossing any tips or ideas?
