Virginia Low cost dental care or dental plans for kids.

Virginia Low cost dental care or dental plans for kids.  Please help need advise and suggestions.  My friend as a five year old daughter that needs to have dental surgery.  However she can not afford to have it done.

She has dental insurance though our job but they have a year max limitation of $1000.   Which is not enough for the dental care her daughter needs.  Her daughter has dental carries and waiting will only make the problems worse. Please need something that can help her out ASAP
