California baby dental insurance

California baby dental insurance.  Hello I am 21 and a single mom of a one year old.  My daughter has been teething but not all her teeth are in yet.  I do brush them with a baby tooth brush but when do you start flossing?  I have a dental appoint in two months but I am also hoping to get us dental insurance before then.  I need a good but low cost dental insurance plan and not sure what to get that is affordable.  Can you please advise.
