Baby dental insurance for two children

Baby dental insurance for two children.   I have two kids one is only 15 months and the other is three.  I want to take my three year old to see the dentist for a normal check up but do not know where to find dental insurance for kids.   I live in Maryland and on a low income.    I can afford around $25 a month for a dental plan but not sure what will work for a baby.
