Pregnant at Twenty-two and can not afford dental care.

Friday, Sep. 9th 2011 5:36 AM

I am 22 years old and have a son that is due in three months. Right now I am currently unemployed due to my high risk pregnancy. My teeth were starting to get sensitive so I went to the dentist for a check up and cleaning I was told I have 4 cavities that need filled, but there is no way I can afford it. I had to borrow money from a credit card just for the check up and cleaning.

With the baby on the way I Especially can not afford this additional cost.   I live in Tennessee, do you know of any other alternatives? I tried finding a dentist that is willing to take a payment plans, without having perfect credit. They all think I’m too young and see it ask a risk.
