Baby Dental, My three year old son has a tooth ache.

Friday, Mar. 25th 2016 10:03 AM

He just started to complain about his tooth hurting today.  I looked in his mouth and it seems okay but then I am not a dentist.  So I made the first appointment I could but it is still two days out.   What can I do for my son in the mean time?

Reply: He may just have a cavity you can not see just by looking into his month. However a dentist can fix any cavities he may have. Try getting him to rinse his mouth out with warm salt water. That may help his pain some too.  You may also want to try some Orajel to numb the area that is hurting him.
