Baby Dental, When Should a Baby First See a Dentist?

Monday, Apr. 25th 2016 6:33 AM

A child should build an ongoing relationship with the dentist. It is important that the  relationship begins with the child’s very first visit around the age of one and includes all aspects of oral health care delivered in a comprehensive, continuously accessible, coordinated, and family-centered way.
Good habits start early. So, establish your child’s dental home by scheduling your child’s first dental visit shortly after the first tooth appears, and no later than your child’s first birthday.
