Baby Dental, Sugar and Dental Myth

Many people believe that the more sugar you eat the more cavities you will get.  The fact is that is not the case.  Cause too much sugar is not good for your over all health but with regards to your dental, it is not the amount you consume, it is how long sugar sits on your teeth that counts more.  Not brushing your teeth after eating sugar is the real danger.
