Baby Dental, Kids Dental Care While in School

Saturday, Jan. 7th 2017 6:39 AM

Kids generally do not brush their teeth at school after having their lunch.  There for it is even more important to pack a healthy lunch.

Healthy eating makes for a healthy smile. Snacks like low-fat yogurt, apples, baby carrots and whole-grain crackers are optimal additions to your child’s lunch bag. Only serve sugary snacks like cookies and brownies in moderation or for events like birthdays or classroom parties.
