Baby dental help

Dental help for baby

I have a 4 month old baby and I think he is already teething.  This is our first child, so we are not sure when a baby will normally start teething.  Can they teeth at four month?  If so do you take them to the dentist for their teething issues or to their doctor?  My husband does not think we would take our baby to the dentist just yet.  I agree but is this teething something a doctor handles?

Any and all advise is welcome.  This is keeping us up at night more ways then one.
