Baby Acne what can I do about it

My daughter has a small case of baby acne

My four week old daughter has baby acne on her cheeks.  Is there any product that I can use that will help get rid of her acne?  I have put on the baby mittens on her hand to keep her from touching her face and making it worse but is there any treatment for baby acne?
