Pregnancy and the swine flu/flu

Thanks for answering my last question the replies were really helpful to me.  However I forgot to ask, what do you do if you feel that you may already have the flu while you are pregnant.  I am still healthy but I like to have all the information I can get before I run into any problems or issues.  Any advise is great.
