Back molars teeth pain

Sunday, Mar. 28th 2010 7:36 AM

My son Dillon is currently eleven months old and is cutting some back molars on the top and bottom.  He seems to be very uncomfortable with is molars cutting though.  He did not  have teething issues until now and is currently a very unhappy baby.  He is crying at the drop of a hat.  I try my best to comfort him but to no avail.  his hands are aways in his mouth and he is starting to grind his teeth a little too.

I am worried that there may be something like a sore in his mouth and gums I can not see so I am taking to see a dentist specialist  in two days.   Am I just over reacting?  I would love to hear form other moms that have had a hard time with teething and to know what they did that seem to help them.   Thanks
