Do you need to clean a baby’s mouth if there are no teeth yet?

Monday, May. 24th 2010 2:18 PM

I will be having my son in about three more months.  I would like to know do you need to clean your baby’s mouth when he does not have any teeth cutting though yet?  I know you need to brush their baby teeth but how do you keep them clean if they are not out yet?  What do you use to clean their mouth out?  I mean do you use a little mouthwash or just water?
