Is there a Endodontic Baby Dentist?
I just got back from the dentist today and was told that my son Jerry needs to have a root canal done. The office were I take my four year old too does not do root canal on children under ten so I was advise to see a endodontic dentist to have the root canal.
My Insurance will not cover for specialist so I can go to any dentist but I have been having trouble finding a dentist that will do a root canal on a four year old. Do I look for an pediatric dentist that does root canals? I have not gone to a pediatric dentist since my plan does not cover for specialist but would that work? Or is there such a thing as a pediatric endodontic dentist? I am at loss as to what I should be looking for and who to call to have the root canal done.
