Baby Dental, Braces for a eight year old.

Sunday, Jun. 20th 2010 8:54 AM

I was told my by family dentist that my son is looking like he will need to have braces.  He has very crooked baby teeth and my family dentist said I should start looking into seeing a Orthodontic dentist for a consult.   My current dental insurance does not offer any coverages for braces.

When I shop out other insurance plans that offer children braces they show cost for only class 1,2 a 3 but I am not sure what that means to me.  How do I know which class my son would need what if it is not 1, 2 or 3 would I still have coverages?   Could use help with this so I know I am buying a plan that will work for me.
