What should I do if my child has a toothache?

Dec. 22nd 2009

First, rinse the irritated area with warm salt water and place a cold compress on the face if it is swollen. Give the child acetaminophen for any pain, rather than placing aspirin on the teeth or gums. Finally, see a dentist as soon as possible.

Pregnant with a toothache

Dec. 2nd 2009

I have bad sinus problems

I been having this toothache on and off for over a month now.   I have gone to the dentist twice and they say they do not see anything wrong with my teeth.  That it is probably my sinuses pushing down making my back teeth ache.   I can not pin point that the pain is coming from just one tooth.  But my toothache is not going away.

I am four months pregnant and not sure what to do at this point.  The pain is giving me headache on top of the toothaches.  I want to go back to the dentist and have them check it out again but I am afraid they are just going to tell me the same thing and charge me for it.

Any advise please
