Dental care, Can not pay for child dental care?
I need some help please. I have a six year old daughter and my husband left us over a year ago. He is a dead beat dad and does not help me out at all. I am filing for divorce but right now we are still married. While he is living with his current girl friend and will have nothing to do with us.
Any way that goes into a long story not need to be told. My problem is I have been working a part time day job while my daughter is in school. My mom helps take care of my daughter since I drop her off at my moms house really early in the morning and she take her to school and I pick her up after my job. I do not have much money.
So far my husband as not dropped us from his medical that he has though his job but who knows if he will do so. He does not have dental and I need to take our daughter for her dental appointment. The few times I called him about this he said if I want to take her to the dentist then I have to pay for it. I can’t keep getting help from my parents and I can not afford it on my own. Please were can I go for free to low cost dental care for my daughter?

If you can afford to do so get a low cost dental HMO if need be just for your daughter. Dental HMOs will run around 10 – 20 a month for a single person. That will help you out a great deal on your daughter preventive and basic dental care.

I know just how you feel my dead beat X is the same and I am always having to chase him down for money for our kids. I have go to his work and told him he needs to pay for our sons dental bill.
He so knows at that point he giving me the money because I do not go after him for child care or support though the courts, but if he makes me he knows he would be the loser on that one.
For you right now I would suggest looking into some dental clinics and seeing if there are any near you. Depending on your income you may be able to get free dental care. Regardless dental clinics are normally much cheaper then your regular dentist.
Take your husband to court if he does not pay half of the care for your children and good luck to you in the mean time.
