Baby dental insurance, Picking out a dentist in an HMO for my four year old

Saturday, Sep. 25th 2010 9:36 AM

Right now I have been shopping out dental insurance for myself and my four year old daughter.  Reviewing all the different types of dental insurance plan on line I found out at this time all I really can afford to get is a dental HMO plan.

I do not mind having an HMO dentist for my self but how do I know if the dentist is any good with a four year old.  I am told that some dentist will not accept children under five or six years of age.  Is that the same for the ones in an HMO dental insurance plan like the Golden West dental plan I saw on your website?
