Family Dental Insurance Plans that offer Immediate Coverages.

My family and I live in Texas and I am looking for a dental insurance that offer Immediate coverages.  I do not care if it cost more since I can afford a higher cost dental insurance plan.  What I do not want to have is a dental insurance plan that makes me wait out long term waiting periods for dental services.  I have three kids and waiting for dental care will not work for our family needs.
