Baby Dental, Baby Teeth Are They Really Important

Monday, Mar. 27th 2017 6:15 AM

Question: Are baby teeth really that important to my child? I was told he has four cavities that need to be filled but not sure why I should bother when they are not his adult teeth.

Answer: Your child Primary, or “baby,” teeth are just as important as your adult teeth are. Not only do baby teeth help children speak clearly and chew naturally, they also aid in forming a path that permanent teeth can follow when they are ready to erupt.
