Can your unborn baby inherit dental problems from it mother

Sunday, Apr. 18th 2010 5:14 AM

I have always had problems with my teeth being bad.  As a child my baby teeth were week and I would easily get cavities.  As my adult teeth came in they were fine a first but they to seem to be week and cavity prone.  Even with dental sealants I have lost two teeth already.

My teeth have been good now for the last four years but this is due to me going to the dentist every  three months so I can stay on top of any problems that may come up.  I am now expecting and will have my child in another six months. I am just wondering if I will have a big worry over her teeth.  My husband does not have great teeth either but they are stronger then mine
