Baby Dental, Feeding your kids Teeth friendly foods.

Tuesday, Aug. 21st 2012 9:46 AM

Most parents do try and get their children to eat food that are good for their bodies and teeth. This can be hard since kids tend to grave snacks they see their other friends eating or the sugary, starchy junk food they see on TV on in the grocery stores. However these types of food can lead to  disaster for good dental health.

You do not have to say no to every thing but try and limit the high risk foods and drinks as much as possible.  Substitute soda and sugary drink or juices with water or milk. There are many kid friendly snack options that do not have added sugar so try and those option on hand. Offer lots of fruits and vegetables. Serve cheese as part of lunch or a snack.
