Baby Dental, Signs and Symptoms of Oral Cancer

Symptoms of oral cancer are often overlooked or attributed to less serious oral health ailments.

* If you have persistent mouth sore that does not heal
* Persistent pain in your mouth
* Lumps or thickening of your cheek/cheeks and Lumps in Neck
* White or red patch on gums, tongue, tonsil or lining of mouth
* Sore throat or feeling something is stuck in your throat
* Difficulty swallowing or chewing
* Numbness of tongue or other areas of mouth
* Jaw swelling that makes dentures hurt or fit poorly
* Unexplained and persistent bad breath

If you experience these symptoms, be sure to tell your dentist as well as consult with your health care professional.
