California Baby dental care, I need to go to the dentist.

Here is my problem. I really have to go to the dentist for my cleaning and X-rays, so I have a dental appointment in two days.  It has been a little over a year since I been to the dentist last.   I have a eight month old son and no baby sitter and I am a signal mom.

I am not sure what to do about my dental appointment.  Should I take my son with me to my dental appointment or find a day care for just that one day? I do not have anyone to help me with my son so I have to figure something out.
