What is a good age to add baby to your dental insurance

When do you add your baby to your dental insurance

I have a few months from having my first baby.  I have good dental insurance but open enrollment is a month from now.  Do I add my baby now before hand ?  Or can I wait a year for the next open enrollment. When do you first take a baby to see a dentist anyway.
