Connecticut low cost family dental care plans

We need dental help.  I would like to see a dentist since I do have a tooth that has been hurting me for the  last few weeks.  We do not have current dental insurance but only can afford a very low cost plan  which I am unable to fine.

All the dental insurance companies I have called are well beyond what we can afford right now.  Is there any low cost dental insurance plans that I can get ?  Please advise.
