Buying the best dental plan for my baby in Connecticut

I have a six month old daughter that has not yet started teeth but I want to get her a dental plan sooner so I have it when I need to start taking her to see the dentist.  Right now I do not have dental insurance but both my wife and I have really good teeth.  I am worried about my daughter.

Can I get a dental plan just for her? If so what is the best dental plan to get for a baby?  Something low cost would be good right now since money is tight for us.  What can you suggest?
