Dental Care in Florida for Sensitive Teeth.

My son’s teeth have always been slightly sensitive to hot and cold items.  However lately his teeth seem more sensitive then normal. I would like to know what are some of the causes for having sensitive teeth?  It is really troublesome to me and I would like to know why his teeth are so sensitive.  Also any advise on making his teeth no so sensitive would be helpful as well.
