Dental care program being implemented

Smiling Schools, A dental care program being implemented for underprivileged children in Kentucky. Kentucky governor Steve Beshear announced on August 25 2011 a dental care program intended to help bring dental health care to underprivileged children.  This is a pilot program that plans to run throughout the 2011-2012 school year.
