Five year old grinds her teeth.

My five year old son grinds his teeth and I am worried that this will start causing problems with her baby teeth but also if I can not get her to stop with her adult teeth latter on.  She does this only when she is awake.  I do not see her doing it asleep. I tell her to stop when I see her but is there anything I can do to get her to stop?
