Baby Dental Care, Do I need to buy dental insurance for my newborn baby?

My baby daughter five weeks old now, so of course she does not have any teeth yet. However the next time I can make any changes to my current dental insurance plan is at open enrollment which is February next year. By then she will have teeth.  Should I buy her dental insurance right now or wait for  February next year to add her?
