California Dental Hygienists for Children’s Oral Health Care.

I have two twins that are 10 years old.  I am a single working mom who does not receive dental benefits. I have not been able to take my children to see the dentist like they should due to cost factors.  Is a dental hygienists cheaper then a dentist? If so where can I find one that can help my kids so I can afford their dental care.
