Baby Dental, Toothpaste and Morning Sickness

Tuesday, Nov. 7th 2017 6:37 AM

Question: I am three months pregnant, and I have the worst morning sickness The problem is ever time I try and brush my teeth the toothpaste make me really sick and then I get sick if you can understand my meaning.  Which only makes things worst.   What I am to do.  I need to brush my teeth but I get sick every time I do.

Reply: Maybe what the problem is you are using a fluoride based tooth paste and that is making you sick. There are plenty of over-the-counter natural type tooth pastes you can buy as an alternative. Another could be the taste of the current toothpaste change to a different taste and see if that helps.
