I am three months pregnant and can not brush my teeth
I have the worst morning sickness. The problem is ever time I try and brush my teeth the toothpaste make me really sick and then I get sick if you can understand my meaning. Which only makes things worst. What I am to do. I need to brush my teeth but I get sick every time I do. Suggestions please.
Reply: Maybe what the problem is you are using a floride based tooth paste and that is making you sick. There are plenty of over-the-counter natural type tooth pastes you can buy as an alternative.
You can also try changing toothpaste brands to see if that helps. If it still upsetting you and you are getting sick try brushing with baking soda or just brush your teeth with warm water if it comes to that, until you are over your morning sickness.
