Baby tooth extraction

Son is scared of having baby tooth removed

I my son is going to have one of his baby teeth removed at the dentist in a few days.   It is not really all the lose and he is afraid it will hurt him to have it pulled.  I told him his baby tooth will just come right out.   This seems to be okay for now but any additional helpful ideas would be good to know.
