A teething three month old baby

Son is teething at three months

Hello my son is  three and a half months old and is already started teething.  He is a small baby and is too young for any of the teething toy and stuff I can find in the stores.  The doctors says fo me to give him baby Tylenol and Orajel.  However that does not really help for all that long.  Anyone know what I can give such a small baby for teething problems?
