My baby has dandruff

How do I treat my son’s flaky dandruff like scalp

My son is three months old and has very dry skin that looks like a bad case of dandruff on his little head.  He does not have much hair right now so I am not sure why he had dandruff.  What can I do to help get rid of his dandruff.
