Baby dental insurance for my son who is two

It is just my son and I and my job does not offer me any dental insurance.  My son is going on two and I like for him to start seeing the dentist.  Looking for a good but low cost dental insurance plan for the two of us in California.   Would like a plan with limited waiting periods can you  advise
