Maine dental care for kids with bad teeth

Maine dental care for kids with bad teeth.   I am trying to help out my sister and her two kids.  Right now she is only working part time and she get some state help for her kids but nothing that offers dental benefits.  Since I hate seeing my nieces not get the dental care they need  I told her as long as she does take them to the dentist I would pay for a dental plan for them. What do you have that would be good but still low cost enough for me to afford.?
