Baby dental care and caring for baby with cleft palate.

My sister just has her little girl about two months ago. Her daughter was born with a bilateral cleft lip and palate. My sister understands the surgical fixes, etc., but is wondering about practical day to day things such as breastfeeding, dental and oral health care when teeth start coming.
