Cooperative school nurse project Oral Health Connections goes online

School nurses now have easy access to comprehensive oral health information through the National Association of School Nurses’ new website, Oral Health Connections.  The American Dental Association and the NASN teamed up in January for the project supported by the DentaQuest Foundation. A dozen health organizations also provided links, content and expertise for the website

The Oral Health Connections website features oral health curricula and classroom teaching tools, oral health continuing education information for nursing professionals; links to help schoolchildren find access to dental care,  information to help children with special needs,  and tools and resources.
