Baby Dental, Your Baby First Dental Visit

Monday, Oct. 17th 2016 6:25 AM

Many people think that they do not need to take their child to see a dentist until they are two to three years old. However that would be incorrect. You should take your child to see a dentist soon as your child’s first tooth appears.

The ADA recommends that the first dental visit take place within six months after the first tooth appears, but no later than a child’s first birthday. Do not wait for them to start school or until there’s an emergency.
